Dear Readers,

I have wondered if I would ever say anything political on my blog - one I’ve devoted to poetry and fiction since 2017. But at this moment in time I am politically distracted.

I don't feel good about the direction the US is heading.

Freedom and respect for human rights are some of the things that make a democracy. If we lose them.. we will have lost everything.
