A love song - one of my favorite.

Fortress Around Your Heart
By Sting
Under the ruins of a walled cityCrumbling towers and beams of yellow lightsNo flags of truce, no cries of pityThe siege guns have been pounding through the nightsIt took a day to build the cityWe walked through its streets in the afternoonAs I returned across the field's I'd knownI recognized the walls that I'd once laidHad to stop in my tracks for fearOf walking on the mines I'd laid
And if I built this fortress around your heartEncircled you in trenches and barbed wireThen let me build a bridgeFor I cannot fill the chasmAnd let me set the battlements on fire

Happy Spring!

Laura- A Classic Film Noir

Would I recommend the classic film mystery, Laura? Yes I would!  This film noir was directed by Otto Preminger and stars Gene Tierney and Dana Andrews. It’s just one of my favorites!
