Sparrow

Sparrow

the sparrow scattered
house to tree
tree to tree
and tree to me
then lifted back
below the clouds
and landed high
beyond the hill
landed still
onto a tree
that looked out to
the shiny sea
then folding up
her little legs
she sat upon
her golden eggs
